Dr Trevor Sikorski

Dr Trevor Sikorski is the Head of Natural Gas and Emissions at Energy Aspects. Trevor has been analysing European energy and environmental markets for more than 25 years and has an in-depth understanding of the global markets for generation fuels and carbon markets, including their fundamentals, trading behaviours, and interactions. He has particular strength in understanding price formation in natural gas, power and carbon markets and the interaction between fundamentals and trading.

Trevor has held senior analytical and research roles with Barclays Capital, Point Carbon, Global Insight and PwC. Trevor is frequently featured in leading media outlets, including the Financial Times, BBC News, Reuters, Bloomberg, CNBC, Wall Street Journal, and Sky News​. Trevor holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Strathclyde and an MSc in International Economics from the University of Wales (Cardiff).
